Handwritings, whether from God or the devil are to be taken seriously and dealt with.  A lot of Christians are saved and washed in Christ's Blood but they yet suffer spiritual obstacles.  For instance, their spiritual and financial growth is hindered.  Their problems may not be sin but they may be the second level of Satan's activity, which Jesus dealt with on His cross, that is, handwritings and decrees as found in Col. 2:14.  In Exodus 32:32-33, the importance of having our names written in the book of God is underscored.  Everyone, whether Christian or not, has to ensure that his name is written in God's books.  "Dealing with Handwritings and Ordinances" examines both the negative and positive influences of spiritual writings on humanity.
